One of the largest Property Management Companies in the U.S., Aimco wanted to create a cohesive communication system for their brand collateral and corporate identity that would speak to their different customer segments while reinforcing the breadth of their brand.
FRCH conducted consumer segmentation research to define three distinct Aimco rental property customer groups. The findings enabled us to create an overall identity, logo design and brand standards for the umbrella brand as well as positioning three different property collections with subsequent designs to meet consumer needs. FRCH established the strategy and art directed a custom image bank of proprietary photography for on-going communication needs along with patterning to create a robust, flexible and timeless identity system tool-kit that could be used both in printed materials and inside the properties.
