A Celebration Of Flavor


THE CHALLENGE:

Giraffas was an established brand with a loyal following in Brazil that filled a specific niche among QSR customers. To succeed within a changing marketplace, Giraffas made the strategic decision to move beyond Brazilian borders and reach out to new markets internationally. Giraffas turned to FRCH to translate its outstanding menu and Brazilian flair into a tangible restaurant experience that would speak to both new customers in the U.S. and familiar customers back home in Brazil.

 

THE RESOLUTION:

FRCH quickly recognized the key factor differentiating Giraffas from other fast casual offerings in the U.S. was a savory flavor profile that incites craveability to diners. Therefore, the design revolved around the idea of "bringing the flavor to life." A sophisticated design approach, evocative of the energetic Brazilian spirit, lets the customer know Giraffas offers a fun experience that goes a step beyond the typical fast casual outing. Distinctive patterns and textures offer hints of Brazilian flare. Acknowledging the Brazilian heritage of gathering in large groups to enjoy great food, FRCH designed flexible seating options, enabling groups from 2-30 people to gather, share a meal, toast a special occasion or enjoy a soccer match.
