Elevating The Food Experience 


THE CHALLENGE:

FRCH Design Worldwide was asked by Premium Outlets to help create an elevated food experience to match the luxury retail offerings at their top-selling outlet property in upstate New York.


THE RESOLUTION:

In response, FRCH created a brand-new Market Hall in the heart of the nearly 900,000 SF, Woodbury Commons. The new 80,000 SF, multi-purpose Market Hall houses diverse food offerings, whiskey selections, fine cuisine, and market fare all aimed at allowing the tired guest to relax and enjoy friends, food and drink during their visit. Finishes and graphics focus on comfort and warmth while multiple seating and smaller dining vignettes offer guests a variety of experiences for every visit.
